Terms & Conditions

We provide the platform that connects you with local shops. Each shop is responsible for its own products, their quality, prices and availability.

We work to keep listings accurate, but we cannot promise that every item is always in stock or that every photo, description or price is up to date.

• Give us correct details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Tell us quickly if you think someone else is using your account.
• You must be 18 or older, or use ApnaAdda together with a parent or guardian.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Item prices, delivery charges, taxes and discounts are shown before you place the order.
• Your order is placed when you confirm it at checkout. It is accepted when the shop accepts it.
• If an item is not available, the shop or we may change or cancel the order and will let you know.
• Notes you add for the shop are followed on a best-effort basis.

• We deliver only in the areas shown in the app.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Give a correct address and landmark, and keep your phone reachable. If we cannot deliver because the address is wrong or you cannot be reached, the order may be cancelled and may not be refundable, especially if the food is already prepared.

You can cancel from the Orders page while the order is still eligible for cancellation, as shown on the order. Once a shop has started preparing your order, it may not be possible to cancel.

If an item is missing, wrong or damaged, tell us as soon as possible through Support in your account or by email at info@apna-adda.com, with your order number. When a refund is approved, it goes back to the original payment method. How long it takes depends on that method. See our Refund Policy for details.

Coupons and offers follow the conditions shown with them. Unless stated, they cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or transferred. We may withdraw an offer that is misused.

Reviews should be honest and about your own order. Do not post anything abusive, false or illegal. We may remove reviews that break these rules, and we may show your review, with your first name, on ApnaAdda.

Please do not:

• place false or fraudulent orders, or misuse coupons;
• abuse, threaten or cheat shop staff, delivery partners or our team;
• copy data from the app, or test or attack its security;
• use the app for anything illegal.

The ApnaAdda name, logo and app belong to RootToRoof Solutions Private Limited. Shop names, logos and menu content belong to the shops. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, for problems with a shop’s products, or for delays caused by things outside our control such as weather, network failures or strikes. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under consumer law.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using ApnaAdda at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using ApnaAdda after that, you accept the updated terms.
